Real Surf Trips is stoked to be offering the Jared Mell Experience week long retreat at our Playa Negra location.
Jared’s philosophy:
Surfing, it’s not something you do but something you become. Not just a sport, but a statement. This week is about enjoying the experience of surfing. Spending our time living in the sun and surfing all day as conditions permit us.
Jared has traveled around the world, surfing and participating in surf competitions. He’s a longboarder through and through and this week long retreat will give you the tips and tricks to take your surfing skills to the next level. Plus have a lot of fun, on both land and sea.
Other activities during the Jared Mell surf camp will range from discussing board design and what boards to ride in certain conditions provided as well as the history of surfing, watching influential surf movies, fishing, bodysurfing, skateboarding, yoga, and going to rodeos…experiencing the local culture of Costa Rica.
There are also other activities available that are not included but can be scheduled. At an extra cost, there is zip lining, horseback riding, a.t.v. tours, diving and snorkeling. Also available are full time photographer and videographer, with daily photo and video analysis.
